1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FloHub (including our website, mobile applications, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

By creating an account or using FloHub, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and any activity that occurs through your account, including access via linked mobile devices.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

3. Service Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Upload, store, or share malicious or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of FloHub
  • Share your account credentials with others

4. Intellectual Property

FloHub and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to FloHub, including notes, journals, tasks, and other personal data.
  • You grant FloHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to store, process, display, and use your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service, including syncing across devices, search, insights, and AI-assisted features.
  • Your content is encrypted at rest and is not reviewed by humans.
  • User content is not used to train global AI models and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.

6. AI-Assisted Features

FloHub uses AI technologies to provide features such as intelligent search, summaries, insights, and automation. AI processing occurs automatically as part of delivering these features and is limited to providing functionality to you as the user.

FloHub does not use your content to train shared or global AI models.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue any part of FloHub at any time
  • Introduce new features or remove existing ones
  • Change pricing or introduce subscriptions with reasonable notice
  • Features and availability may differ between web and mobile platforms.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of FloHub may require a paid subscription. All payments and billing are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with their respective terms and policies.

  • Subscription pricing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your app store account
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant app store
  • FloHub does not process payments directly

9. Limitation of Liability

FloHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

FloHub is a productivity tool and does not guarantee that reminders, notifications, or tasks will always be delivered or completed. We are not responsible for missed reminders, deadlines, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion is processed immediately, and associated data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to FloHub if these terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Victoria, Australia.

13. App Store Acknowledgement

These Terms are between you and FloHub only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and have no responsibility for the FloHub application or its content.
